Under pressure, which pattern appears first: restlessness, avoidance, overcommitment, or frustration with limits; or control, guardedness, intensity, or pushing past vulnerability?
Which pattern shows up on ordinary days, not only during stress, work demands, or a familiar role?
If both descriptions fit, what would make the result feel exploratory instead of settled?
