16-Type personality profiles

Find a profile, then keep it open to question

Each profile combines four preference pairs into one broad pattern. Start with a type code you already know, or take the assessment if you want to compare the profiles with your own answers.

EnergyI / E

Whether quiet reflection or outward engagement more often helps you regain focus.

InformationS / N

Whether you first notice concrete experience or patterns and possibilities.

DecisionsF / T

Whether human impact or logical consistency more often leads your evaluation.

StructureJ / P

Whether you usually prefer earlier closure or more room to adapt.

A type is a starting point, not a verdict. The four letters describe usual preferences. They do not measure ability, values, diagnosis, career suitability, or a fixed identity, and another profile may partly fit when a preference is close.
